Platform
Practice Intelligence Platform
Intake, AI Scheduler, authorizations, credentialing, caseload management, payroll, billing, collections and reporting, connected so problems are caught upstream before they become denials.
About Boost
Boost helps ABA practices supercharge their practice outcomes with agentic AI. We are the ABA Practice Intelligence Platform with Revenue Cycle Management Services, built by people who have founded ABA providers, supervised clinical teams, and run the billing desk. We built the software and services we always wished we had.
The short answer
Boost is the ABA Practice Intelligence Platform with Revenue Cycle Management Services. It connects intake, authorizations, credentialing, scheduling, caseload management and billing in one system, with agentic AI doing the busywork in the background, so clean claims become the result of the way your teams already do their jobs, not a separate chore.
Platform
Intake, AI Scheduler, authorizations, credentialing, caseload management, payroll, billing, collections and reporting, connected so problems are caught upstream before they become denials.
Services
Billing, claims, denials and collections handled by an RCM team that has done it inside ABA organizations. Available on Boost or on the platform you use today.
Expertise
Operators who have run ABA practices provide hands-on billing, compliance, payer contracting and implementation support, so your team can focus on clients instead of clerical work.
Our collective expertise
Our team has founded and scaled ABA providers, practiced as a BCBA, led revenue cycle for multi-state organizations, and built the healthcare software thousands of providers rely on. That mix is what makes Boost an ABA software company that works the way a practice actually works.
01
We have supervised behavior technicians, managed caseloads and led clinical teams, so workflows fit how clinicians really spend their day.
02
Medicaid, Medicaid Managed Care and commercial payers, from authorizations to denials to the 2027 CPT code changes.
03
Decades building healthcare software for intake, integrations and regulated records, now focused on agentic AI for ABA.
04
We have helped healthcare organizations adopt new systems for more than a decade, with as little disruption to client care as possible.
Our CEO's perspective
"Why is it so difficult for our teams to focus on what really matters: the human part of behavioral health?"Lani Fritts, from his open letter to ABA leaders
Lani Fritts has spent more than 15 years building, running and scaling ABA organizations. He founded Trumpet Behavioral Health in 2009 and grew it to serve more than 1,000 individuals across 30 locations, then founded Kadiant in 2019, building a multi-state provider.
Too many of those years went to spreadsheet trackers, hunting for data and fixing problems caused by bad data. Boost exists so the next generation of practices does not have to accept that. Software should take work off a team's plate, catch errors before they become denials, and give clinicians their time back for clients.
