Who is Lani Fritts?
Lani Fritts has spent nearly two decades building, running and scaling autism provider organizations. Prior to that, he spent more than a decade building technology solutions in complex operating environments. He leads Boost with the same people-centered mission and a sophisticated vision for the impact technology can unlock for people. He brings an operator's perspective that the best clinical outcomes are achieved by aligning people, processes and systems. He has grown clinical teams, managed payer relationships, built and rebuilt technology infrastructure and opened locations across multiple states as the leader of two well-known autism provider organizations.
In 2009, he founded Trumpet Behavioral Health by bringing two Bay Area ABA providers together, and over eight years as CEO the company grew to serve more than 1,000 individuals with autism and related needs across 30 locations. In 2019, he founded Kadiant, building a multi-state and multi-disciplinary practice by joining established providers and opening new locations, with a focus on unifying the culture, operations and systems to continuously improve clinical quality, team member and client experience.
Lani has helped shape the field beyond his own organizations. He is a founding board member of the Council of Autism Service Providers (CASP), where he has served as Treasurer since 2016, and an investor and advisor to numerous other important builders in the field, including BehaviorLive, a continuing education platform for behavior analysts. He speaks on the factors and focus that contribute to building thriving ABA practices, most recently at the 2026 CASP Leadership Summit.
Lani helped launch Boost as CEO in 2023, and he loves spending time with Boost customers to learn and share his experiences and ideas about how they can work together to overcome the barriers they face in their organizations. He holds a BA in Economics from Georgetown University and an MBA from Stanford University.
