Who is Lindsay Quinlan?
Lindsay Quinlan leads product at Boost. Since joining Boost in 2024, Lindsay has been building the system of record that ends the patchwork of applications and spreadsheets most ABA operators use to run their practices, with one platform covering intake and authorizations through credentialing, scheduling, caseload management, billing, and payments. She owns Boost's product strategy from first idea through launch, and she is leading the company's move to AI agents that reduce the burden of data entry and clerical work, so practice teams can focus on the human-centered work only they can do.
She brings 16 years in healthcare technology across nearly every layer of it: data and analytics, clinical and financial applications, systems integration, medical devices and hardware, and the implementation and training that make software work in practice, for providers ranging from independent practices to enterprise health systems. She learned healthcare from the data up at McKesson, in data warehousing, performance analytics, and capacity planning for health systems. At Phreesia, she served as a Senior Product Manager through the company's IPO, focused on APIs and system interoperability. She led product innovation at Health Fidelity, launching a new risk adjustment product before the company was acquired. At Health Recovery Solutions, she led product for a remote patient monitoring platform spanning clinician, patient, and caregiver applications and an ecosystem of connected medical devices and wearables, advancing from Director of Product Management to Head of Product.
She left that seat to join Lani Fritts in building Boost. After years of seeing innovation hamstrung by poor strategy, mismatched architecture, and mountains of tech debt, she wanted to build from the ground up: a platform designed to keep innovating for years to come, and one that delivers what the category has long promised, practice management software that actually manages the practice.
Before healthcare technology, Lindsay taught mathematics, including as an Assistant Professor at Northwestern College in Chicago. She holds an MA in Mathematics Education from DePaul University, a BA in Fiction Writing from Columbia College Chicago, and Pragmatic Institute product management certifications.
